Upper Facelift vol.1
For everyone who has completed the beginner’s course and wants to focus on upper part of the face!

Upper Facelift vol.2
In this advanced upper facelift course, you will work exclusively on the forehead and eyes area.

Upper Facelift vol.3
You will activate temporalis, frontalis - forehead muscles, procerus and orbicularis oculi - the eye area muscles.

Center Facelift vol.1
For everyone who has completed the beginner’s course and wants to focus on central part of the face!

Center Facelift vol.2
In this course you will be working on strengthening and toning the muscles on the center of the face - nose and mouth area, upper and lower cheeks.

Center Facelift vol.3
You will be activating and lifting levator labii superioris, zygomaticus, buccinator, orbicularis oris, depressor labii inferioris, all of which we can find in the center of the face.

Lower Facelift vol.1
In this facelift for the lower part of the face, you will be working on activating and strengthening the platysma, mentalis, depressor anguli ori, depressor labii inferioris, sternocleidomastoid and other, smaller muscles.

The second part of the course is all about lifting and toning the muscles on the lower part of the face - jaw, chin and neck. The last part of the course focuses on the intense completion of the exercises that achieve the total lower facelift.

By joining our members area, you get a full access to ALL of the courses. It is a ONE TIME payment that gives you access to more than 50 facial exercises.

When you join our members area, you will get lifetime access to all of the courses. If you stop practicing face yoga, you can just pick up where you left off. Your muscles have memory and they will reactivate when you start practicing again.

If you’ve had face procedures (botox, fillers or any other surgical facelifts) please do consult with your doctor before starting any of our programs and/or contact us to receive personal assistance.

The sooner the better. If you start with your workout when your muscles are still active, and the gravitation process has not yet taken its toll, your face muscles won’t become atrophied as you grow older.
However, it’s never too late to start with face workouts. Even if you already see some more prominent wrinkles and sagging skin, face yoga can still help you achieve smoother skin and toned facial muscles. It helps you to slow down the aging process.

This depends on your personal goals. If your goal is to reduce puffiness, you will need much less time to see the results than for example reducing double chin. For certain changes it only takes couple of weeks, and for others (like cheek lift or reducing double chin) couple of months.
Keep in mind that everyone’s face structure is different, and results differ based on people’s gravitation type, lifestyle, and dedication. The same as body exercises, the results from face workouts will show faster if you are eating healthy, sleeping well, hydrating from inside and outside and if you take care of yourself emotionally.
