DOs and DONT’s - face yoga
How to do Face exercises correctly?
DON’T:
Have a bad posture while exercising (don't lift your shoulders, be aware of your head position at all times)
Create wrinkles while you do the exercises, depending on exercise, bring your fingers to the places wrinkles appear (if you do wrinkle while exercising, do a short massage afterwards)
Apply greasy products (only if you’re doing face massage)
Create tension on your face muscles you’re not activating in the certain workout
DO:
Breathe deeply
Relax shoulders and neck
Fix your posture
Relax the muscles you’re not targeting in the exercise
Have a measured pressure with hands
