How to do Face exercises correctly?

DON’T:

  • Have a bad posture while exercising (don't lift your shoulders, be aware of your head position at all times)

  • Create wrinkles while you do the exercises, depending on exercise, bring your fingers to the places wrinkles appear (if you do wrinkle while exercising, do a short massage afterwards)

  • Apply greasy products (only if you’re doing face massage)

  • Create tension on your face muscles you’re not activating in the certain workout

DO:

  • Breathe deeply

  • Relax shoulders and neck

  • Fix your posture

  • Relax the muscles you’re not targeting in the exercise

  • Have a measured pressure with hands
