5 tips for firming your skin naturally

  1. Have a good POSTURE: if you have a poor posture, it will negatively affect your upper body and face. Building tension in the neck and back, often causing pain and stiffness. It affect your face, tension that spreads into your jaw, cheeks, causing lines and wrinkles. It also stops you from taking deep breaths. A good posture lengthens, allows deep breaths, releases tension and gives an overall positive results.

  2. Facial exercises: when we move and strengthen face muscles, we also firm and tone the skin attached to them. Like any exercise, it works best when we do it regularly – ideally every day or at least 5-6 times per week.

  3. Facial massage: facial massage is a fantastic way to get healthy and glowing skin naturally. Even if you do no other part of face yoga, make some time to include facial massage in your daily skincare routine

  4. Mindset: having a positive mindset or trying your best to have it while meditating releases the tension from body and face causing less worry, anger and other lines from negative emotions

  5. Facial relaxation: The forehead and eyebrows are one area many of us overuse. Take your attention to this area now. Feel if there is any tension here. Consciously let it go, relaxing the muscles and smoothing out the skin. If your hands are clean, you can do some tapping here too. Bring awareness to your face muscles and try to do your best not to overuse them
