What is your sleeping position?

Sleep position matters! If you’re a face sleeper and your face gets smushed 8 hours every night, think about what that does in 10, 15 years. If you can, do your best to sleep on your back. For some people this can be very challenging. If you do sleep on your side or belly, using a silk pillowcase at night can be very beneficial.

Its molecular structure is really similar to the collagen fibers that make up our skin. Silk also absorbs less product -  if you apply your expensive skin care products and go to bed, cotton pillowcases will absorb much more product than the silk ones. It is hypoallergenic and great for people with sensitive skin, antimicrobial and antibacterial properties and it’s super nice on the skin! The only downside is the price…but it’s good that you don’t have to purchase the whole bedding set, only the pillowcases, and it’s a good investment!
